What is the composition of the forklift working device?

Forklift working device is the working part of forklift for loading and unloading operations. It bears all loads and completes the loading and unloading operations such as fork picking, lifting, landing and right loading and unloading of goods. It is one of the important components of forklift.

The inner door frame is located inside the outer door frame, and the upper cross beam is equipped with a lifting sprocket. Longitudinal and lateral rollers are installed on the outer wall of the inner door frame to roll in the outer door frame to reduce the movement resistance.

The lifting chain bypasses the lifting sprocket on the inner door frame, one end is fixed on the beam of the outer door frame, and the other end is connected to the forklift. When the plunger rod of the lifting cylinder rises, the inner door frame and fork frame can lift the goods.

The basic type of forklift gantry is two-stage gantry. The arrangement of inner and outer gantry is overlapping, parallel and comprehensive. The column of outer gantry is generally groove-shaped and can be pressed and welded by section steel. The outer door frame plays the role of guiding the movement of the inner door frame, and its two parallel columns are firmly welded together by the upper beam, the middle beam and the bottom plate.

The inner mast column is made of trough-shaped, I-shaped or special-shaped steel structure. Its two parallel columns are firmly welded together by the upper and lower beams.
