Differences in invoicing under different financing models

 

Model 1: Direct Rent

Liugong issues the whole machine invoice (VAT special ticket) to the dealer, the dealer issues the purchase of the whole machine special ticket to the leasing company, and the leasing company issues the rental and handling fee invoice to the end customer (natural person is the general ticket, corporate customer is the special ticket).

Model 2: Leaseback

(1) End customer lease back

Liugong issues the whole machine invoice (VAT special ticket) to the dealer, the dealer issues the purchase of the whole machine invoice (VAT special ticket) to the end customer, and the leasing company issues the interest and handling fee general ticket to the end customer.

(2) Dealer Leaseback

Liugong issues the whole machine invoice (VAT special ticket) to the dealer, and the leasing company issues interest and handling fees (general ticket) to the dealer.
